Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition
  • Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • No damage: Products must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Original tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

Refund Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement

Return Shipping

  • We provide prepaid return shipping labels for defective items
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us
