This set consists of 15 x 140G frisbees that we specially developed for age 9 years and up. Rigid enough to be able to throw, light enough to catch with confidence. These 140G discs are smaller(for smaller hands) in diameter than the 175G ultimate discs that are used by adults. WFDF approved!

Lesson method booklet developed by the skilled frisbee volunteers; In the booklet, you will find over 30 fun frisbee games and exercises. It is meant for Physical Education teachers, sports mentors and frisbee trainers alike.
